Certification
Both our contract farmers and Eusebio GmbH itself are regularly subject to strict operational inspections, which are carried out by independent experts in accordance with the applicable EU regulations. Analyses for the detection of trace amounts of pesticides, mycotoxins, microbiological contamination, and glyphosate are carried out.
Input / output control
The inspection of incoming and outgoing goods is initially carried out by using the senses: the goods are assessed as correctly identified, healthy, dry, and free of foreign odors and pests. This assessment is made by crushing the grains between the fingernails and observing, smelling, touching, tasting, and chewing them. Only afterward is the technical determination performed. After a thorough in-house examination of the delivered goods, the goods are handed for further examination at an independently authorized laboratory. A sufficient sample is taken from each delivery to ensures that, if necessary also in retrospect, adequate material for mixed sample is available.
Traceability
All data collection and documentation is performed using our ERP system, “Food Resource Manager“. The automated documentation of all steps ensures complete transparency and traceability for both our contract farmers and customers.
